PLANNING APPLICATION

Strongvox Homes Ltd have submitted the following planning application to East Devon District Council (EDDC):

• 23/1143/MFUL
• Land south of Windmill Lane
• The erection of 36 dwellings (50% of which will be provided as affordable housing), formation of access, open space and associated infrastructure

West Hill Parish Council encourages residents to attend an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Thursday 29^th June to share their views.

The Council will then consider its response to the application at the regular monthly Council meeting on Tuesday 4^th July.  Council meetings are always open to the public.

Both meetings will start at 7.30pm at the Village Hall
