On 7th February 2024 West Hill Parish Council received notification that the following Planning Appeal has been withdrawn:

- APPEAL REF: APP/U1105/W/23/3322776
- PROPOSAL: Outline application for the erection of 23no. dwellings with all matters reserved save for formation of vehicular and pedestrian access.
- LOCATION: Land North of Oak Road West Hill EX11 1SJ
The Hearing scheduled for 28th February has been cancelled.
Also, East Devon District Council (EDDC) has published it's decision on 23/2505/PIP Land North of Oak Road. The application was refused. Full details are available on the EDDC website www.eastdevon.gov.uk
