WHPC Meeting Dates 2025-26
- WHPC meets on the first Tuesday of the month, subject to Bank Holidays.
- Meetings are open to the public. Each meeting includes an item for public participation (limited to 3 minutes per individual)
- Meetings take place at the Village Hall, Beech Park, West Hill EX11 1UQ
- The agenda for a meeting is published on the Council’s website and noticeboard at Morrisons,West Hill Road
Please note that meetings will now start at 7.00pm.
